Terms of service.

By using MessageFold, you agree to use the service lawfully and respectfully. You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location and authorized to use any information you submit.

Your content

You keep ownership of messages and media you submit. You grant MessageFold a limited license to store, process, display, and deliver that content solely to operate and improve the service. Do not submit confidential, infringing, harassing, unlawful, or malicious content.

Organizer responsibilities

Organizers are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and invitees, protecting private manage and share links, and moderating the card. Do not add the recipient to a surprise-card invite roster without understanding that they may see it.

Payments

MessageFold offers a free board capped at ten visible messages and a one-time paid unlock for unlimited messages. Messages beyond the free cap may be held until payment. The price displayed for a board is assigned when it is created and remains fixed for that board. Refunds are handled manually during v1.

Availability and delivery

We work to send reminders and deliver cards on schedule, but internet and email systems can fail or filter messages. We will not intentionally deliver an empty card; the organizer is notified instead. The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.

Enforcement

We may remove content or suspend access to protect people, the product, or the law. Report concerns from the card page or email support@messagefold.com.
