A group card in four steps.

Private access
Keep a surprise card out of shared channels.
Anyone with the signing or finished-card link can open it, so only share it with the people you intend. We ask search engines not to index card pages. Managing or sending a card requires organizer email verification.

What each person can expect
Does the organizer need to create an account?
There is no signup form or password. The organizer provides an email address and verifies it with a one-time sign-in link before managing or sending the card.
How do contributors sign the card?
They open the private signing link, add a name and message, optionally attach a photo, and submit. No account is required.
How does the organizer ask people to sign?
Share the private signing link wherever the group already talks. For a direct nudge, enter one person’s email and an optional note. MessageFold sends the request immediately and, during the final seven days, one reminder per day until they sign or turn reminders off.
Can the organizer see messages before delivery?
Yes. After email verification, the organizer page shows the card’s contributions and lets the organizer hide or restore a message when needed.
How is the finished card delivered?
The organizer can add a recipient email for scheduled or send-now delivery, or leave it blank and share the finished card link themselves. Both options come with the one-time $4.99 unlock.
What if nobody has signed by the delivery time?
MessageFold does not intentionally deliver an empty card. The organizer is notified instead so they can decide what to do next.
